This is the first blog entry. On This day (June 30, 2007), Dr. Sam B. Atallah completed his one-year fellowship training in colorectal surgery at The Texas Medical Center in Houston. As a footnote, this was the same day the first iPhone was released.
Dr. Atallah accepted a position as staff colorectal surgeon at Florida Hospital and joinded Dr. Matthew R. Albert's growing practice at what was at that time known as The Colon & Rectal Clinic of Central Florida. Dr. Atallah settled in at the Winter Park Campus. Dr. Atallah relocated to Florida with his wife, Michelle, and [then] three children Olivia, Sidney, and Andrew. Three years later, in 2010, they would have there fourth child, Addyson, completing their family.
